However, it fully reserves the right to deliver a similar or alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery. If the quality of any products, Services, information, or material purchased orobtained by you through the Website does not meet your expectations then you can simply can return back the product at the time of delivery or can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful

Selling Policy

Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But PARAM Dairy shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods. PARAM Dairy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or Out of Stock’ status. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi

How Do I Register ?

One can register by clicking on the “Register” link at the top right corner of the homepage and filling required information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment details and submit the registration information. This registration is absolutely free and once registered your wallet is created with PARAM Dairy. One can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart and they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in


Can I have multiple registration with same number and Email id ?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one PARAM Dairy account. One can add multiple delivery addresses in one’s account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address and If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders. Also up to five members in a family can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique


What cities and location do you operate in ?

PARAM Dairy can deliver Ghee, powder and flavoured Milk (items having more than 3 months shelf life) to any parts of India.For Bulk orders currently supply is done only in Delhi/NCR, parts of West UP and Uttrakhand where we have our Fresh Distribution channel


What is the minimum Order value ?

There is no minimum order value for products having more than 3 months’ shelf life, However, a delivery charge will be levied against that order. However, for Bulk order the delivery date needs to be minimum 4 days away and the minimum order value needs to be Rs 10000 INR


When will I receive my Order ?

The delivery depends on your city location as well as the nature of goods selected, the details for which is as below

Depending on our Fresh Distribution channel.Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched with tracking details. Email contains your order ID number and the shipping method, Tracking no. with tracking link.Keep tracking it by clicking on Track My order .Click on Track my Order under My Acount menu to see where your orders are! (all orders will be dispatched from our company premises in Delhi/NCR only.) Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. If we are still unable to deliver your order, we will automatically refund your money in your account in the 3 next working days. You can call our customer care for assistance in that case. We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers


What is the Order Limit ?

  • A customer is eligible to place 4 live orders
  • A customer cannot place his 5th order if his 4 orders are still live
  • Live order refers to all those orders which are not delivered
  • Single customer can place 4 different orders at once


How can I cancel My Order ?

You can cancel your order before the cut-off time of 24 hours for perishable goods and within 72 hours from the time of placing order for other goods. You can cancel your order by going in “Cancel order “ in MY ACCOUNTS Section . In case the order is cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order no cancellation fee will be charged and the entire amount will be refunded to your account. After the said time period the return policy will apply

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Account >Track My Order section

What are the payment option available for goods once ordered ?

www.paramdairy.in provides various options for payments to make safe and easy customer experience.Payments can be done for your orders using credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay) , net banking and e-wallet . It is absolutely safe to use your card on paramdairy.in. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safe.
Cash on Delivery method is currently not available with www.paramdairy.in


Is Cash On Delivery Applicable ?

Cash on delivery facility meaning that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep is not available. We only work on advance policy as these are perishable dairy items


Is money refunded for Item not delivered ?

If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your PARAM account as wallet credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account you need to contact our customer support team and same will be refunded back on to your card
